Terms of Use

By accessing or using the To Let Properties LLP website, app or any related service — as a tenant, owner, broker, builder, franchise partner, advertiser or academy applicant — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to bind that organisation.

To Let Properties operates a rental platform and provides property-management and related services. Except where we expressly act as your appointed manager under a separate written agreement, our role is to facilitate connections between tenants, owners, brokers, builders, societies and other participants.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By using them, you confirm the details you provide are accurate and current, and that you have the authority to act on behalf of any property, brand or business you represent.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to:

Owners, brokers and builders are responsible for the accuracy of the property information, photos and documents they submit, and for having the right to submit them. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content to operate and promote the platform. We take reasonable steps to verify listings and network partners, but we don't guarantee every detail is error-free or that a listing remains available at the time of enquiry.

Where we connect you with a broker, owner, partner or other participant, we may verify certain details, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for their acts, omissions, services or conduct. Any engagement, agreement or payment between you and such a party is your own responsibility — we encourage you to carry out your own due diligence.

Franchise territories, academy placements and advertising slots are subject to separate agreements, eligibility checks and availability, shared during onboarding. Nothing on this website is a binding offer of a territory, placement or ad slot until that agreement is signed by both parties.

Certain services carry fees, which are communicated to you before you commit. Any brokerage, deposit or rent arrangements between tenants, owners and brokers are governed by the terms agreed between those parties, and applicable taxes apply as per law.

The To Let Properties name, logo, brand, website design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

Our services may link to third-party websites or tools — for example, government RERA portals or map services. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing, market figure or match will meet your requirements or lead to a successful outcome.

We facilitate connections between tenants, owners, brokers, builders and advertisers, but we're not a party to the agreements formed between users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, To Let Properties, its partners, employees and agents aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of the services, from any transaction with a third party, or from reliance on any information we provide. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless To Let Properties and its partners, employees and agents from any claim, loss or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the platform or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law — continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab. Parties may first attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date, and continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the revised terms. Check back occasionally to stay current.
